Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide building automation equipment, building energy efficiency, building intelligent and system integration design optimization solutions;

2. Solve the technical problems in the tender preparation process, develop the technical bid of the bidding documents;

3. Provide the above-mentioned system engineering pre-sales technical support and assist in bidding technical negotiations;

4. Responsible for the above system engineering detailed design and commissioning technology;

5. Proficient in one or multiple project system design and planning, intelligent conference system design skill is in urgent need.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, building intelligent, automation control, computer, communications, electronics, construction and other related major;

2. More than 2 years of experience in intelligent related work, good technical design capabilities, familiar with one or multiple system configuration;

3. Good customer communication skills, strong pre-sale, sales and after-sales technical support capabilities;

4. Familiar with building automation, room engineering, system integration, building energy efficiency and other technologies, and familiar with at least two mainstream brand products of the above systems;

5. Recognition of the corporate culture, good team work ability;

6. Senior engineers, construction technician, cost engineer and other qualifications are preferred.
