L.J.T 2017 Bidding Presentation Contest (I)

To demonstration the bidding presentation strength of the company, enhance the comprehensive abilities of bidding presentation personnel, improve the recognition of Party A (owner) to our company and increase the company's project bidding winning rate, sponsored by the Human Resources Center, L.J.T Bidding Presentation Contest was held on June 24. This year's bidding presentation contest was divided into two parts, namely, the bidding presentation program sharing and group practice drill. A total of over ten contestants from the project department and design institute participated in the contest. The whole contest could be described as unusually brilliant. Before the case sharing, Zhu Wei, General Manager of L.J.T, delivered a speech. He said that the success of the bidding process was determined more by the recipient of the information. Therefore, in the process of bidding presentation, it was important to use the way of communication acceptable to the other party. Only by obtaining the recognition of the other party could we have return on our dedication. At the same time Zhu Wei always hoped that everyone could harvest their own experience in this event, as only experience was the wealth that others could not take away.

The case sharing included a total of more than 10 cases, covering a variety of types of business, from the most common hotel intelligent to the medical pension, smart community and so on. Participants had prepared for a long time, and showed their own PPT onsite. Design Institute presented the cases that were focused on the design practicality to create convenient, efficient and intelligent projects, while the cases presented by the engineering department were focused on the application of different construction techniques according to the field environment. On the scene, the participants listened carefully to the sharing of different departments, learning and benefiting from each other. Two colleagues who received the honor of constructor class I certification made a complete presentation of the Suzhou Center case. One of the "Mother-to-be" sacrificed her weekend to participate in the activities. She said that such activities could enrich the work and exercise the work skills.
